Michael Wampler began his career in the mortgage industry in 2005 working for a bank and then later a local mortgage brokerage. Unsatisfied with the business models at both companies, Michael wanted to create a brokerage that would put the majority of focus on his clients’ best interests. In the spring of 2008 he opened the doors to MJW Financial LLC, a brokerage whose main focus is customer service and satisfaction. Never involved in the sub-prime mortgage fiasco, Michael has always worked to create the best home buying experience for his clients. This has given him a wide referral base amongst many happy home owners and Realtors alike. With a wide range of specialties - from FHA to Jumbo loans and everything in between – he is the leader of the MJW Financial Team and has the necessary experience to get you from the initial application to the closing table without frustration. David Powell went to work at a local brokerage after graduating from Indiana University in 2005. With the same mentality and focus as Michael Wampler, he helped to open the doors of MJW Financial in the spring of 2008. With a wealth of experience in government sponsored programs (FHA, VA, USDA) as well as the traditional conventional programs, David has the answer to any lending questions you may have. A specialist with first-time and experienced home buyers alike, he believes that communication is the key to a successful mortgage transaction.
